Dr. Evil, Austin Power's nemesis, has a soft plastic head and a hard plastic body. He's wearing his plain gray Chairman Mao-style suit and has a large pink-lipped smirk below his large brown eyebrows and bald head. His big ears and the long scar on his face are faithfully reproduced, along with his feline companion, Mr. Bigglesworth. Fully articulated, Dr. Evil comes on a half-moon-shaped stand that's 1.25 inches high and 6 inches in diameter. It has a button that you can press to hear a number of vocal effects. Mr. Bigglesworth can either be held by Dr. Evil or sit contentedly at his feet. Stands 9 inches tall.
